Our building journey started 1988 when we first renovated our first home in Western Australia. I was an engineering student back then with a passion for home improvements where technology was limited and every task was labour driven with minimal tools, just the basic scale ruler, sharp pencil, shovel, wheel barrows, a tool belt and paint brushes. Being hands-on in learning the tools of the trades, including concreting, bricklaying, tiling, carpentry and interior decor shaped my understanding of the WA local trade and the vast knowledge of the building industry.

Graduating from Curtin University with practical experience in the regional Southwest, this has opened the horizon to what building was really about, people and communities. The technical construction knowledge was one aspect, but team collaboration and transformation of communities became evident as the prime foundation to deliver a successful project.

Leadership, project management and strong planning strategies was the basis for our growth. Working with excellent leaders in reputable local companies shaped the new establishment and launch in 2004, where we make complex projects simple. We have excellent senior team members who bring extensive knowledge in a variety of type contracts and projects, including healthcare facility management, government state regional routine and planned maintenance work. With stringent KPIs and managing work orders for the maintenance of almost 15,000 residential homes during COVID, our partners tirelessly sourcing sufficient trades to manage the completion of small and large work orders.

Our team is diverse in background and experience. We manage small tasks and handle large size projects with care. MBM recognises that our strong vision can only be achieved through partnering, collaboration and excellence to continue to grow individually and meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. We approach every query by understanding the heart of the request, constantly being reminded to meet the needs of the home owner, tenant and property managers first, irrespective of query, task, size or asset type. All our team is solution driven and on constant search to find you the best building solution and innovation to deliver what you need.

We have a strong pool of excellent and reliable subcontractors including bricklayers, formworkers, concreters, roof plumbers, carpenters, ceiling fixers, cabinet makers, waterproofers & tilers, glaziers, licensed plumbers & electricians, airconditioning, registered painters, landscapers, fencing contractors, cleaners and general handymen trades. We always welcome new trades and encourage enquiries to be sent through and fast track your onboarding with our team.
